Sunday long run

18km, 90mins, a few little hills but mostly flat off road trail.

Started out with my favorite running friend Donna. As she was only going 45mins i was lucky to bump into Mr Hadley a very good triathlete in my area, We then did the rest of the run together. It was really good to have someone to talk to and run at a good pace with. Good luck to Hadley who is in the middle of his taper to IM Texas this Saturday!

2 weeks and 1 day

Till I leave for France!

I'm starting to get a bit nervous, almost everything is sorted or will be by the end of this next week but the thought of living overseas for 6 odd months is starting to become real! Never having been out of the country and still living at home makes this trip even more full on. I'm not worried about washing my cloths or cooking dinner that stuff is simple, I'm more worried about speaking french! my french is very basic to say the least. I'm pretty confident everything will work its way out, it always seems to, but still feeling the nerves with whats ahead!

My random though of the week
